No rule of law there, but I think Chavez has deceided to let the deposit sit. Russoro is just shooting in the dark, they are the next in line for a screwing by Venezuela.

Russoro is listed in Canada, and the dust has not settled and they are professing an intrest in mining LC right away. So maybe a contract to mine LC would have to occur before we file arbitration or this becomes a a regulatory conflict in Toronto?
