I spoke to RM on January 19, 2011 and he told me they are working on it meaning fung and the chinese and it would be done in a couple of weeks or we will file. I don't think they would file to right before the deadline and it would probably have not be done to halt the markets and if it was filed we would know by now.

I also don't think it is financing. I think either the deal with the Chinese was reached with approval of VZ or buyout by the chinese.

In any event i think it will be news that drives are sp past one.

the fact that Richard and Andrea did not know is not surprising to me.
