It's a little after 10PM Sunday in Beijing right now. What time does the Chinese market open on Mondays and doesn't CRRC have material news it's sitting on too if, in fact, this is the permit etc? We're all speculating but at what point do these companies have a legal requirement to disclose what's up, regardless of a stupid promise to the dictator that he gets to say it first? And again, we're speculating that Chavez' participation (in announcements) is required, when we've been told the opposite at times while we've waited. I don't know what to think right now but I'm glad football will distract me later.
