Bottom line, we are halted pending news.

I give it 2/3 chance of really good vs. 1/3 chance of neutral to not so good.

LC has been muddied for decades, and, like you said, we have a valid MOC with the government of Venezuela. Much of the "mud" was between crooked individuals, many dead and buried.

On another note, I doubt Chavez has the flu. He might be busy today.
