your situation is better than most.... this summer we all agreed with your friend... anybody in the "KNOW" thought by september we would be a $2-3 dollar stock... we all got ambushed. things have turned around... we may be in the "money" very soon!

look at fronteer gold.... t.frg they just got bought out at $14 per share, they have a minimal amount of gold, granted they have money and less risk but it is what it is. and they will also get a valued company at $10 per share holding some of the assets.

so if you "DO THE MATH"..... lets say we have as our share 8 million ounces of gold and production costs of $400 and lets say our share is a profit of $900 per ounce = $7.2 billion... so lets say the future value of the company is $6 billion... how much is it worth now? lets say $3 billion divided by 500,000,000 shares is $6.

I know this is too too simple..... some analysts look at annual profit and work it out that way, but, check fronteer gold and other recent buyouts....
