Wasn't that speculation based on what the estimites from Crystallex were for production costs (looking forward) and posters on websites?

Well........ that is if the infrastructure materialized ie the electrical grid, roads etc. This has not happened that's why the Vennies need the Chinese.

Isn't it sad when your country holds some of the largest oil reserves in the world and you have to buy gas from someone else?
