Whatever happens in the next few days, I don't think this play is over by a long shot.

If we get the permit, we won't realize the true value until we mine; not for another year.

If we continue to get delayed, we'll probably go to arbitration, and settlement won't happen for years.

If we get an offer, we'll probably get low balled and will have to wait to see where the final settlement will end up.

I actually plan to be here for another 2 years, hope everyone has that plan in place as well...
