Called again today. She did not answer and did not return my call. For any of you who are still in the "Fung will get financing because he always does" camp, let me ask this. If you had unlimited money, it was no object, would you be investing in this arbitration knowing all you know? Would you really? What well can Fung possibly go to at this point? Either this is part of some bigger plan or we are screwed. Wish I did not feel this way. Karl
