that is pure BS!!! our SP has had arbitration figured in for a long time...and imo an announcement that showed shareholders would'nt lose everything would make the PPS soar...we better start talking about it soon or we're really screwed...i cant talk to you any more....i'm going to the bar where the smart people are.
