so you're saying the MOC is worthless? you can't have it both ways EZ..

that's my point jackass...IT'S NOT ALREADY DONE!!!! and we dont know that it's gonna get done...all we know at this point is that fung put us in a position of NO OTHER OPTIONS

...so how about an update or at least an assurance that a plan B (for shareholders) exists...is that too much to ask?
