I seriously doubt that Fung doesn't already have a financing plan should arbitration be necessary. The current binding agreement doesn't allow for any more debt while the JV is in play. If we end up having to finance arbitration I can think of a Chinese company that would sympathetic to our situation and have a good understanding of our value. Buying off the bondholders would be a lot cheaper if it appeared they would not be getting paid close to face value.
