Joepasta,
What I meant by manipulation is as follows....
The volume and the price started moving up from 5/28 and the price reaching a high of 82c
in Canada on 6/7 with news. You see the Company in dire straits with arbitration looming,
suddenly strike a major deal with a Chinese state owned giant and expect higher prices, but
because of an arranged financing there was pressure on the price. While many of us were
buying there was a lot of selling all the way to 40s and the only logical explanation, I can
come up with is the selling came from the entities involved with the funding. I am sure
the agreement was not struck on the same day of the announcement.
Any way, I have seen this kind of pattern many times with other stocks as well. My point is
the Company should use the shareholder base and God only knows....what a bunch of
loyal diehards devoted to this stock we have here and we deserve a lot more.
On a positive note, longer it takes to get the agreement, could the permit be forthcoming,
so that we are able to see the whole details and approve it once for all.
