One needs to remember that KRY still has a valid trade agreement, and the MOC, that has not changed.

the Chinese started this process many months ago. They would not be spending ALL this time and money to just walk away at this point.

Entering into a partnership can be tough here in the U. S. even when both parties speak English let alone English and Chinese.

The Chinese and VZ both do a lot of trading with Canada and to upset this deal would not bode well for all concerned to kill the deal at this point. What would they gain? mining would be held up for years .

This agreement is complected its not just you get 2/3 and i get 1/3.

We all are feed up with this whole mess-- I am looking at it as it just gives me more time to avg. down.

We will get are pr when the deal is either signed or reedited. All will be quite till then
