I am concerned that in the bigger picture, it's irrelevant to CRRC whether KRY is involved in this or not. As has been pointed out here, the wording of the agreement made July 31 a drop-dead date. That date has passed, with seemingly no resolution or advancement. I am increasingly uncomfortable with this delay, even if it is just us that see it as a delay.
