Personally, I haven't sold any. None. But let's say I wasn't a member here and really didn't follow this every hour on the hour like we do LOL. So I'm thinking "Hmmm, no agreement by 7/31. I'll give them until Tuesday to update me or I'm selling my 100,000 shares at .43." Then I sold them and on Wednesday either an agreement or extension is announced. No lawyer here but I'd ask, do I have a case that material info was withheld and I lost a ton because of it? (assuming this goes way up on news....an assumption I've learned never to make over these 13 years). I'll retract my agreement with CJR now and say it's one of TWO choices at this very moment, extended or dead. Certainly can't be completed.
