EZ - With all due respect, and you know I have it for you my friend, it is their responsibility as a public company to "bother" with it. There are no excuses and I agree with CJR's simplistic, extended, dead, completed 3 choices. And quite frankly, KRY is well aware of the roller coaster this has been for all of us and as 7/31 approached, somebody should have said "OK so we're close on completing this, we have to issue a PR that we've extended the negotiations to protect us and our shareholders". Imagine having sold thinking this was dead. This is a major slippery slope if you ask me and they need to clarify it, and quickly.
