CJR - the JV says paraphrasing "the earlier of 5:00 on 7/31 or" (this has already passed so no need to look any further into this). The "earlier" had to have been 5:00 on 7/31 at this point. No other possibility. Since the agreement is specific that it ends then, I do not believe the company has to make a statement, it was already in there. The JV agreement is expired. However, if there has been an extension, that to me is the material event that needs disclosing, as in immediately. Just my opinion folks. Have at it.
