thats a lot different than what you said originally....

at first you said "no pr because nobody cares"

now you say "no pr because we cant risk offending"

because of the probability that mega amounts of funds have been pilferred by rangel and his 50 brothers i can see the reasoning behind what you are now saying...

we cant risk offending rangel by saying we gave funds to the government for a $20mil facility that turned out to be made of cardboard and duct tape.....

yeah, i can see that....
