One "rumor" level item, as I have no direct confirmation on it, is that a protective order was issued by the court today. This would not be unusual if it is indeed the case, as the parties would likely have stipulated to it and it would be to keep certain information confidential. This would not be of any consequence for the substantive outcome.

Let's all try to step back and take a breath, newfie's original post was made with good intentions and as can happen in this stock, difference of opinion flared up. Things have calmed, so let's look for more real information and try to get along as best that we can. Thanks.
