If we don't see any news this week then the company is getting close to breaching their fiduciary duty in my opinion. The only proper way to communicate to shareholders is via news releases and we are severely lacking info. We don't even have a guarantee that the reviews have started. Is the internal review complete? What about the Merit review? Economic analysis? Sensitivity studies? When do we see the final results? This is all material info and I don't think its fair to withhold this info from shareholders.
