Metacomet, I have to admit that I've never understood whether the closed nature of the relationship between Copper Fox and Teck exists because of legal obligation or simply a matter of courtesy between professionals. If the former, I can live with it; if the latter, I'd say that CUU is tiptoeing close to the edge of what constitutes fiduciary responsibility to (all) shareholders; a simple NR update on the status of the BFS without giving anything away would go a long way to removing that shadow. Perhaps someone can respond with more knowledge of the agreement than I have?
