The answer is because it is worth $3 per share minimum to the company that is going to build the mine and make billions mining the metals that Elmer is proving exists. Brent Cook says he only invests in properties where his shares are going to be sold to someone smarter than himself. By that he means sold not to another investor, but to a major. That's where our shares are going, probably to Teck, maybe to someone else as well. Whoever buys them, will be smarter in the sense of being able to get the minerals out of the ground and sell them--making themselves far more profit than we can.
