This has to be eating away at David. At this point, there's not a lot of real upside to him buying more. As discussed, if he has 12.5 million or 12.515 million shares, he's going to have more money than he'll ever know what to do with assuming everything comes to fruition and we get a $3-7 buyout.

But most of his existing shares came at a much lower price and at $1 per share or whatever, he's throwing a lot of money out here to continuously buy shares to signal the market that this is still a good play. I'm sure he's well off but its not like he's EE wealthy or anything. He still has his day job.
