QUESTION???

Could they need the 2011 drills and silver to make the FS work? i.e. Maybe CAPEX and/or OPEX was too high? 180,000 tpd is pretty big no?

If we believe in the lab delays and staffing shortages then the delay in Mine Plan seems reasonable.
