That's a lot cash to deploy in a hurry. The Chinese HAVE TO secure resources because of their huge growth rate and the projected scarcity of resources.

$3.2 trillion is a really big pile of money. Buying out Copper Fox for $5 share would represent spending 0.000609 of that pile....for a potentially 100-year world class poly-metallic mining district in a friendly jurisdiction.

No brainer imo.
