Chappy my thoughts on this are that Teck may want to drill the property for four or five years and they might come up with a starter pit somewhere else on the property , But to do this they would have to buy us out so they eliminate the time line they are saddled with , with us owning 25% . I often wonder if Lionel Hutzs was the lawyer that dru up the back-in agreement , seems like a really sweet deal for us .
