Bill Howald Explains How Rye Patch is Much More Than Its Legal Dispute

November 13, 2012 - When a junior explorer takes on a producer 32 times its size, people take notice. And so when Rye Patch Gold V.RPM filed suit against Coeur d’Alene Mines T.CDM claiming it had failed to renew mineral claims at its Rochester Silver Mine in Nevada and then claim-jumped Rye Patch in response, coverage of the dispute has led to the perception that Rye Patch is little more than a lawsuit. The trial is now set to begin September 16, 2013, and Rye Patch believes it will prevail. In the meantime, President/CEO Bill Howald is frustrated that investors are paying scant attention to the value that Rye Patch represents: its unencumbered properties on the Oreana and Cortez Trends. He spoke to Kevin Michael Grace October 7.
