Well, the month of July is gone...

From the ECO July PR: "The company plans to release more information about its operations, client base, revenues and plans to update OTC Markets "Pink sheets" this month, along with the launch of its Corporate website, currently under development. www.ecowastecontrol.com"

So, either ECO is not going to go through with acquiring the BEHL shell, or there is more negotiating because of problems with the shell, or something else may be going on with all of this to delay the claimed plans in the PR.
